The Democrats have spent the last several years complaining about a “culture of corruption” on Capitol Hill, but it looks as though the Capitol Hill revolving door has hit our own 8th District Congressman Jim Moran squarely in the rear end.  The FBI is investigating the PMA Group, a lobbying group that obtained $2,000,000 in earmarks for its clients from Rep. Moran.  Rep. Moran received over $110,000 in campaign contributions from PMA.  PMA is now under FBI investigation.  Moran’s former Chief of Staff, Melissa Koloszar, lobbied for PMA.
